Dear Gaspar, 

My name is Sofia, I am an eighteen-year-old student who is really interested in your dance group. I’ve been dancing since I was three years old, I started just with ballet but I have taken classes of bachata, Cuban salsa, jazz, tap, and contemporary ballet. Knowing you accept workshop of any class of dance I will be honored to go and teach you everything I know. On the other hand, I would love to learn more about Colombian folklore dances. 

I’ve been dancing ballet for fifteen years, and even though I am not a professional dancer, I can teach something. I have graduated in Cuban salsa of Ilé Danza, a Cuban dance academy, and I would like to transmit the knowledge. Furthermore, I have been practicing tap for almost four years learning Irish and American style, especially American. The other styles of dance I know come from worship I have taken.

I know that your academy is home for international dancers, thus speaking more than a language is important. I can speak three languages; Spanish because it is my native language, French because I lived in Belgium and I have practiced it so I have a B2 level; the third language I speak in English because I have studied in a bilingual school for nine years.

Taking into account my dance experience, will to learn, and ability to communicate in three languages; I consider that it will be a great opportunity for the dance group and for me to share our knowledge and, learn about different dance styles.
